Sylvester G. Selekpoh Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Selekpoh is a business man with over 25 year experience in the private sector.

Mr. Selekpoh is a business man with over 25 year experience in the private sector. His first seven year experience was spent working in the tobacco manufacturing industry with MTC a subsidiary of the British American Tobacco (BAT) Group where he served as an electronics technician. In 1998 he pioneered the establishment of the first mobile telephone network and served as the Technical Manager of Icom Liberia Limited. After four years he ventured into the ISP industry where he founded the Liberian Broad Band Communication as Owner and President.

He later travelled and study eco construction with Sahara industries in Sao Paolo Brazil. This is in addition to his professional training in the telecom industry with Vitacom Technologies, Ironlink information services, Homisco Voicenet all of the US and Telos mobile switch manufacturing of Canada.

Currently, he serves as CEO of CMC Inc., a Liberian construction and mining company which he founded in 2013 to provide mines support services to the DRA in constructing the first commercial gold mines in Liberia as well as the public in general.

Mr. Harvey is a professional human resources personnel with outstanding experience

Mr. Harvey is a professional human resources personnel with outstanding experience working with construction and mining companies. He is a member of the Association of Liberian Human Resources Professionals. His experience spans more than 10 years within the area of human resources and administration. He has worked with institution like the National Investment Commission, Engineers and Planners Mining Consultants (E&P), ArcelorMittal Mining Liberia; and is the currently the general manager of CMC Inc. (the preferred contractor of Aureus Mining/Bea Mountain Mining Corporation). CMC Inc. is a solely owned and operated Liberian construction and mining company.

Harvey, in earlier years, has also worked as a youth and student activist; and as a volunteer with a number of local and international NGO’s (Education and Faith based) as well as governmental institutions. He is happily married with three (3) children.

I am George Alexander Paye, a graduate of University of Liberia,

I am George Alexander Paye, a graduate of University of Liberia, with BBA Degree in Accounting and Minor in Management. I am also a certificate holder in Project Management and Financial Management. I did Architectural Drafting at the Booker Washington Institute. I have been schooled, trained and certificated in SUN and Manager Accounting System and Financial Management. Whilst, I have attended workshop and conferences on the emergent of ActionAid Mano River Countries and the treatment of Accounting Procedure, Policy, Reporting, and Budgeting in Sierra Leone, Ghana, Tanzania, Gambia, and Liberia. Also, I attended workshop on sponsorship in Ghana and Nigeria.

I have worked with various entities, including, Jusmart Engineers, Local Enterprise Assistance Program (macro program), ActionAid Liberia International (INGO), International Construction Engineering and Cape Mount Construction INC. – New Liberty Mine, among others. With these, I have worked in the position of Accounts Manager, Head of Finance, Project Accountant, Account Assistant, Loan Officer and Assistant Quality Control Manager. I also perform administrative duties, such as, Administrative Officer, Logistics Supervisor. Currently serves as Finance Manager of CMC

I have good supervisory and managerial skills and a staff that works with deadline of projects according to its indicators. I have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. In addition, I am reliable and effective team member. Besides, I have experience working in a multicultural environment and work under pressure and tight schedule.
